Dr Lotanna Okoye is the Dean of King Solomon Business School (KSBS), a leadership strategist, management consultant, business educator and human capital development expert with a strong commitment to advancing business education, developing transformational leaders and strengthening organisations.
As Dean of KSBS, he provides academic and institutional leadership, championing the development of globally competitive professionals, entrepreneurs, business executives and emerging leaders. His vision is to advance practical, relevant and transformative business education that equips people with the knowledge, strategic thinking and leadership competence required to build sustainable enterprises, manage organisations and contribute meaningfully to economic development.
His leadership philosophy is anchored on the belief that the strength of every institution is determined by the quality of its people and leadership systems. He advocates competence, character, accountability, innovation, strategic thinking and continuous development as essential ingredients for sustainable organisational success.
